About Us

Patricia Stall, Ph.D.
I am an Associate Professor of Education at CSUSM. I am a former high school and middle school English and ELD teacher. I served as a TItle I Administrator in New Mexico in public education. In higher education, I have directed teacher education programs for the University of New Mexico at its Gallup, NM campus. Subsequently, I have been at CSUSM for 8 years teaching in the single subject credential program and the JDP program. I have coordinated the single subject program and have been the interim associate dean for the CoE.

Delores Lindsey, Ph.D.
I am an Associate Professor of Education Administration and Leadership at CSUSM. I'm a former middle and high school teacher and served as a middle grades administrator for 11 years. For 8 years I served as director of regional leadership centers (County Offices of Education) in San Bernardino and Orange Counties. I am co-author on several articles and books on Culturally Proficient educational practices. I've been teaching in JDP since the beginning of the program. I look forward to joining your community of practice.


Jeffery A. Heil, M.A. 
I am technology resource teacher for the San Diego County Office of Education where I work with teachers and students from the Juvenile Court and Community Schools. I am also an adjunct professor of educational technology for California State University San Marcos in the school of education. I am fascinated with the concepts of PLNs for personal and professional growth as well as looking at ways to promote educational equity and social justice in schools.
